Rotary International Fellowship Costa Blanca North

The Fellowship was formed in 1986 to bring together past and present Rotarians, and members of other Rotary associated clubs with their wives and partners. Members are mainly from the UK and meetings are conducted in English. However we are quite International and have members from Holland, Germany, Switzerland and Sweden.

We meet on Fridays at Los Leones Restaurant Moraira at 1pm to enjoy a three course lunch with wine, conduct any club business and to listen to a speaker (20mins max).

Meetings follow the Rotary format. We engage in fund raising to support local and occasionally international causes such as the Japan Tsunami Appeal, and to develop friendships.

We meet from early September to the end of May, and close during the summer months of June, July and August.

During the year we hold various functions, a fund raising auction, Xmas party, and an end of season barbeque etc.

The Fellowship, although following Rotary tradition, generates a lot of humour and fun and you would be made most welcome whether for a one off visit or more permanently should you live on the Costa Blanca.

A new member can be introduced to the Fellowship by being brought as a guest by an existing member for a number of visits. Should that person be interested in joining the Fellowship then he/she should be proposed and seconded by two existing members. The proposal will then be put before the committee for approval. People who are already, or have been, members of Rotary or its associated clubs will, as previously, be welcome to join the Fellowship.

There are no membership fees!!
